🍼 Milk Overview
💡 Use sippy cups or straw cups instead of bottles when possible. Milk is a mix of formula and whole milk. Water from the straw cup throughout the day, especially at meals.

💧 Water

Offer water from their straw cup throughout the day, especially during meals. Always have water available when they're eating.

🍽️ Meal Order Rules

Protein first — always start with a protein

Then vegetables — serve alongside or right after protein

Then carbs — pizza, quesadillas, etc. after they've had protein & veggies

Fruit last — bananas, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries as the final course

🍴 Always give them a fork or spoon — this is important to them! And always serve water with meals.

🐻 Smoothie (Bear Cup)
