Breakfast
Protein & veggies first, then carbs. Fruit last. Give them a fork/spoon & water.
Nap #1
Tap the white noise machine to setting #2. Down at 9:30, up around 11:00 (1.5 hrs)

5 oz formula/whole milk. They should be drinking the whole wake window (11:00–2:00).
Lunch
Protein & veggies first, then carbs, fruit last. Fork/spoon & water.

Tap the white noise machine to setting #2. Down at 2:00, up around 3:30 (1.5 hrs)

4 oz formula/whole milk. Water in straw cup throughout.
Dinner
Protein & veggies first, then carbs, fruit last. Fork/spoon & water.
Bedtime
Sippy cup → brush teeth → diaper → sleep sack → leave room
First Wake Window
7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Give right after waking up
Second Wake Window
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
They should be drinking the whole wake window
Third Wake Window
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Give after they wake from nap #2
Offer water from their straw cup throughout the day, especially during meals. Always have water available when they're eating.
Protein first — always start with a protein
Then vegetables — serve alongside or right after protein
Then carbs — pizza, quesadillas, etc. after they've had protein & veggies
Fruit last — bananas, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries as the final course
Chan will ask for a lot of fruit — it's okay to give him some but keep it as the last course.
Leo doesn't love chicken or salmon as much. He especially loves sweet potatoes — great go-to for him.
